Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business email address, company, phone number (if provided), the service and product category you select, your target country or region, your project description and your preferred contact method. We also record the page from which the form was sent and a one-way coded version of your network address, used only to limit abuse of the form.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data and we ask you not to include confidential formulas or study data in the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you request one and to keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing and we do not sell personal data.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in our website’s administration system and sent by email to our business-development team. Our website hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf. We do not share enquiry data with other third parties unless you ask us to (for example to introduce a laboratory) or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically from the website 24 months after submission, unless they lead to an ongoing engagement, in which case they are kept with the project records for as long as needed for that engagement and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email bd@globaxa.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics (Google Analytics 4) are enabled, analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Analytics events do not include the contents of forms. A small item may be stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential technical information through the form.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it was last revised.
